I think I might be pregnant, but I’m not sure. Can the Center help me find out?

Yes! We can provide you with a free lab-quality pregnancy test, which you can take right here at the center. You can have results within minutes. Depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy, we can also provide you a free limited OB ultrasound.
Does it cost anything to visit the Center? Do I need insurance? Are there any fees?

No, ABC PCC services are free of charge. There will be no cost to you due to the generosity of our many donors.
I need proof of pregnancy for insurance / financial aid purposes. Can the Center help with that?

Yes, we definitely can. All that is required is for you to either come in and take a free pregnancy test or call and make an appointment for an limited OB ultrasound. If you are pregnant, we can provide you with the necessary documentation.
Do I need to make an appointment before coming to the Center of ABC PCC?

You can make an appointment if you would like, but walk-ins are always welcomed. We recommend scheduling an appointment for ultrasounds. Ultrasounds may be done on a walk-in basis only if we have an opening.
I live in the central Kenai Peninsula (Alaska) area and am thinking about getting an abortion. Can you help?

I think that I might be pregnant, but I’m terrified! I’m not ready for a baby, and I don’t know what I’m going to do. Can you help?

Yes, this is exactly why the Pregnancy Center exists. It’s normal to experience a wide range of emotions when you find out that you might be pregnant. You may feel happy, sad, afraid, anxious, depressed, excited, nervous, alone, helpless, confused, or lost. These types of emotions are not uncommon. After all, let’s be honest—finding out that you might be pregnant is a pretty big deal!

If you think that you might be pregnant (or know that you are) and are not sure what to do, then please stop in and see us. You can take a free, medical-grade pregnancy urine (hCG) test and get the results right away. A urine pregnancy test measures the levels of hCG, which is a hormone that is secreted when you are pregnant. While urine hCG tests are highly accurate, they are not perfect. A limited OB ultrasound may be offered to:

Confirm a viable pregnancy Identify that it is safely located in the uterus, and Assess with more accuracy how far along the pregnancy is.
